The 2011 Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival may be long over, but the memories last a lifetime. In the first of several visual recaps of Festival Week 2011, we relive the sold-out Opening Night Gala program on April 28 at the Directors Guild of America, presided over by comedians Danny Pudi and Parvesh Cheena (captured by photographer Grace Chang mugging for the photogs) and featuring blogger/screenwriter Philip Chung and actor Sung Kang. The video footage was generously provided by Jerome Villarin of YOMYOMF.com.
